• Sterling cheques and bank transfers accepted. See below for details.

How to pay with a credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
We shall send you an email saying:‘cover2covercards would like to be paid by PayPal’

• Select ‘Pay Now’
• Next page displays: ‘Here’s your invoice’
• Select ‘Continue’
• Next page displays ‘Choose a way to pay’
• Select lower box on right hand side.
• Select ‘Pay with debit or credit card’ and follow the instructions.

• If sending Cash (Sterling or Euros), please use registered post. We are not responsible for non-arrival of cash payments.
• Known institutions and long-standing customers may pay on invoice by prior arrangement only.

Order Confirmation:
After you order, we shall send an email confirming your order and confirming authorisation of your method of payment. We will send you a further email to confirm dispatch of your order. If you do not receive these confirmations emails, please check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders. You are always welcome contact us by phone (07989484864) or email studio@cover2covercards.uk to enquire about the status of your order.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations:
• For returns and refunds, please contact us first, preferably by email studio@cover2covercards.uk
• Under the rules of ‘distance selling’, you, the customer have the right to return any of our products, if you inform us within 14 days. You have 14 days in which to return the product, in the same condition as it arrived in.
• We cannot refund you for cards if the cellophane packing has been opened or if the card or its envelope or the cellophane has been damaged during opening.
• We cannot refund you if you cannot provide proof of payment.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible: we dispatch promptly after receiving orders and payment (by 11.00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).
• All returns should be packed securely either in the original packing or in equivalent high quality material. We cannot be responsible products lost or damaged in transit to us.
• Should a card not be as described, contact us and we shall provide a full refund. Before ordering, please be careful to read our descriptions and look at our images to avoid disappointment.
